For the fifth year in a row, Delta Dental has been recognized for delivering the best customer service in the dental insurance industry.

LOUIS (August 12, 2026) … Delta Dental of Missouri – a nonprofit dental and vision benefits provider committed to improving oral and overall health – has been named St. Louis Small Business Monthly’s Best in Customer Service for the 5th consecutive year. More than 60,000 individuals voted across all categories in the annual survey, recognizing Delta Dental for its outstanding customer service.
According to Delta Dental’s 2025 Annual Summary, the organization achieved a 97% customer satisfaction rating and member retention rate, while resolving 97.8% of inquiries on first contact. Throughout the year, Delta Dental also supported customers through 1.1 million service calls, answering 98% of them within 30 seconds.
Delta Dental’s commitment to service extends beyond its members. In 2025, the organization invested more than $2 million in charitable giving initiatives that improved the health and well-being of more than 390,000 individuals across the communities it serves.
The organization also continues to invest in its people and technology, launching enhanced member and provider portals to simplify access to information and improve the overall customer experience.
