Federal prosecutors have charged Justin R. Price and Alexavier Bishop following a terrifying incident where 12 automatic rounds were fired at St. Louis Metropolitan Police officers and ATF agents during a routine traffic stop. Miraculously, no officers or bystanders were injured.
